The U&I Alliance delivers a structured portfolio of services spanning collaborative teaching, student aid, policy development, research, training, consultancy, business advisory, recruitment, assessment, academic exchange, capacity building, and advocacy, creating a comprehensive link between the university and the industry. Our programs and services include the following-

1. Curriculum Development & Collaborative Teaching

  • Academic curriculum development with feedback from the industry to make education more job relevant.
  • Collective efforts to incorporate and solve real world industry problems within the classroom.
  • Executive education and professional certification courses for better industrial performance.

2. Industry-Academia Dialogue

  • Monthly roundtable sessions between academicians and industry leaders to exchange ideas, share insights, and shape what the students learn in class.
  • One annual U&I Alliance Conference to showcase progress and chart the way forward together.
  • Such dialogue will also aim to take different government monetary/industrial policies into consideration and advise government bodies for better industrial practices.

3. Student Support

  • Internship Network: Connecting students with hands-on industry experience that builds real world skills before graduation.
  • Job Placement: Linking graduating students directly with employment opportunities at partner organizations.
  • Financial Aid: Providing scholarships to deserving students so that financial hardship never stands in the way of education.

4. Research and Knowledge

  • Joint applied research between universities and industries engaging interested students.
  • Case study development and academic publications.
  • Policy research and white papers for government and stakeholders.

5. Consultancy Services

  • Management and organisational development consultancy for industries.
  • Project feasibility and business plan consultancy.
  • Designing and running recruitment programs including facilitating exams for hiring in different sectors.
  • Customised corporate training programs for industry partners and executives.
